Assignment at the client site Syngenta, started in 2022 through the agency Experis and continued under a direct contract with DXC.

• On-site support at an industrial site: incident diagnosis and resolution, tracking in ServiceNow, assisting users.
• Preparation, deployment and maintenance of the Windows 10/11 workstation fleet (Intune, Autopilot, SCCM images via PXE).
• Deployment of Linux kiosk workstations with Bash-scripted provisioning: restricted account, locked session, network request redirection.
• Contributions to infrastructure topics: workstation compliance, routine troubleshooting, switch replacement and patching, maintenance of technical documentation.
• Account and access management (Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID) and smartphone enrollment through Intune.
• Go-to person on site: good knowledge of the environment, regularly asked for a technical opinion, including by other departments.
• Internal web tool (Laravel, Livewire) listing the site printers and access to their admin interfaces.

Position eliminated as part of a restructuring.

Logitech

One-year internship.

• L1/L2 support on a hybrid Windows, macOS and Linux fleet.
• Mac fleet management with Kandji (MDM): enrollment, resets and hardware tracking.
• Deployment and day-to-day running of conference rooms (Zoom Rooms, Teams Rooms).
• IT onboarding of new employees and training on collaboration tools.

CPNV, Sainte-Croix

• Windows Server and Active Directory: organisational units, group policies, DHCP and redundant DNS on a simulated company infrastructure.
• Cisco networking: switch and VLAN configuration, config backup and restore, multi-site network simulation.
• Linux administration and virtualisation: complete web environments, virtual machines simulating a company fleet.
• Application and website development (C#, PHP), databases and Git.
